Res 112-2023 Joint Funding Agreement for Water Resources Investigation 10/03/2023 Resolution No. 112-2023 Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute the Joint Funding Agreement for Water Resources Investigations, Number 24SJJFATX039000, with the U.S. Geological Survey for $88,673.00 WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to enter into joint funding agreement with the U.S. Geological Survey to operate and maintain a series of stream flow and reservoir-content gauging stations within the Little Wichita River Water Shed; and, WHEREAS, U.S. Geological Survey is proposing to do this work for an amount of $88,673.00. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: The Joint Funding Agreement for Water Resources Investigations, Number 24SJJFATX039000, with the U.S. Geological Survey is approved in the total amount of $88,673.00, and the City Manager is authorized to execute the agreement with the said agency for the operations and maintenance of such gauging stations.
