Mr. Seese recommended adding the language "Work with the City to update ..." Mr. Moller commented that the language under Subtask 2.1 indicated that MPO staff should perform traffic analysis when requested by citizens. Mr. Barton clarified the intent of the subtask by stating that, because staff had no professional engineers on staff, it was not qualified to make traffic impact analysis, but that a citizen could request information in the form of already prepared documents. Mr. Taylor stated that if a development was substantial enough, the City could perform such an analysis. Mr. Clark made a motion to approve, with his amendment, the amendments to the FY 2003 UPWP.
