I. Welcome & Introduction.
Mr. Leiker called the meeting to order at 8:35 a.m.
II. FY 2004 -2006 (TIP) Revision.
Mr. Leiker explained that the Kell Interchange project needed to be moved from the FY
2006 -2008 TIP to the FY 2004 -2006 TIP. He explained how changes had come about to
allow the Kell Interchange to be moved into the FY 2004 -2006 TIP and that the letting

date, for the project, was scheduled for later this year. He asked the board for any
further discussion. There was none.
Mr. Leiker then asked for a motion to approve moving the project to the FY 2004 -2006
TIP. Mr. Sheppard made the motion to approve. Ms. Ammons seconded the motion,
which passed unanimously.
No other items were discussed.
III. Adjourn
The meeting adjourned at 8:40 a.m.
