Mr. Poteet opened the meeting at 1:35 PM.

Rick Graham started the meeting with a public discussion on the licensing ordinance. There were
several property owners present. 'There were three main issues discussed:
1. Owners of Commercial Properties pulling permits without being bonded.
2. The amount of work that apartment maintenance people can do.
3. Homeowners being able to pull permits on property that they own but do not reside in.
The board will discuss these issues and decide what guidelines we need to use.
After the guidelines have been made the board will make sure they get to the right Associations.
The licensing issue will be left as is at this time.
Rich will contact a representative from SBCC1 to attend the next meeting to discuss the testing
issue.
The hoard approved an exception on the code for the Credit Union. This was for the glass in the
corridor.
