Resolution Awarding Bid For The 2013 Crack Seal Project (CWF13-
100-03) To Scodeller Construction, in An Estimated Amount of
$94,032.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2013 Crack
Seal Project (CWF13-100-03); and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the lowest responsible bidder is Scodeller
Construction, who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of$94,032.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2013 Crack Seal Project (CWF13-100-03) is awarded
to Scodeller Construction, in an estimated total amount of $94,032.00, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for the
construction of such project.
