share on the Avian Bird Flu. Mrs. Morris, R.S., apologized and commented that at

Mrs. Morris, R.S., explained the new Quarantine procedures and prices to members.
These changes were due to a new policy option that is allowed to a LRCA by law,
that changed the majority of the quarantines being performed at the ARC, to now
about half of the quarantines being performed by home quarantines. Dr. Gibson
asked about quarantine fees and these were explained. Mrs. Morris, R.S., stated in

Quarantine due to the expense and any ARC Quarantine fees are now payable in
advance. Mrs. Morris, R.S., stated that communication and customer service has
improved also with these changes.
