I. Call To Order
Vice - President Bo Stahler called the meeting to order at 8:09 a.m.
II. Approval of Minutes — September 6, 2005
Bill Altman noted the minutes reflected' that Mr. Stahler approved the motion.
Actually, Mr. Stahler seconded such motion. Louis Rodriguez moved, seconded by Bill
Altman, that the minutes be approved as corrected. The motion carried.
Section V, third paragraph, last sentence.

Bo Stahler convened the Board into Executive Session.
IV. Consider Approval Of Incentives For Recruiting An Economic Development
Project.
No action was taken.
