Resolution authorizing the City Manager to Approve Change Order No.
1 and Final for the 2021 Taft Blvd Street Improvement Project for a
deduct in the amount of$371,747.26
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price contract with Scales
Construction Co., Inc. with the estimated total cost of $5,566,124.00; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 and Final will decrease the contract by
$371 ,747.26 for a revised cost of$5,194,376.74;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1 and Final for the
2021 Taft Blvd Street Improvement Project for a deduct in the amount of $371 ,747.26.
