WICHITA FALLS FIREMEN'S RELIEF & RETIREMENT FUND
Notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of July 2023, the Board of Trustees of the Wichita Falls Firemen's
Relief& Retirement Fund will hold the regular monthly board meeting at 3 pm in the conference room of
MWH Group, P.C. located at 624 Indiana Ave., Wichita Falls, TX. The Items to be discussed or considered
or upon which any formal action may be taken are listed below in the agenda.

1. Call to Order.
2. Invitation for Public Comment.
3. Presentations:
A. Greg Kiesewetter with Cook Castle Associates, LLC will present a proposal
for the 2023 fiduciary liability insurance coverage.
B. Henry &Peters to present the 2022 Financial Audit Report.
4. Discussion and approval of the minutes of the meeting held on June 21, 2023.
5. Financial Report:
A. Review and approval of Assets.
B. Review and approval of Expenses.
6. New Business:
A. Discussion and possible action to approve the 2023 Fiduciary Insurance quote.
B. Discussion and possible action to approve the 2022 Financial Audit.
C. Discussion and possible action to approve the return of Contributions to
DeonDre Clark.
D. Discussion and possible action to approve the return of Contributions to
Aaron Arzola.
E. Discussion and possible action to approve the funding for members to attend
the 2023 TEXPERS and TLFFRA Conferences.
