MINUTES:
I. Call to Order
Greg Stockton, Vice Chair, called the meeting to order at 12:20 p.m.
II. Swear In New Members
Dr. Joe Miller, Wichita County Commissioner, administered the oath of Office to Robin
Moreno, M.T., and Lauren Jansen, R.N.C.
III. Approval of Minutes:
Moved by Richard Sutton and seconded by Robin Moreno that the June 24, 2005
minutes be approved. The motion passed.
Ill. Five Year Plan - Reuben Warren
Mr. Warren presented highlights from the 2005 -2009 Strategic Plan for the Health
District to the Board members and distributed a copy to each member for further
review.

IV. Flu Vaccines: Lou Franklin
Ms. Franklin discussed the approaching flu season and the fact there is not a shortage
of vaccine this year.
The Health District will hold a Flu Vaccine Clinic at McNeil Jr. High School on October
29, 2005 from 9 -2 pm. This will be an exercise in conjunction with the Strategic
National Stockpile Plan required by our Emergency Preparedness Grant.
We anticipate approximately 40 staff members working 2 shifts.
V. Board Terms — Reuben Warren
Mr. Warren reviewed term limits for Board Members and attendance requirements.
He also noted that Mr. Stockton's term limit expires with the December meeting.
VI. Next Meeting Date:
The next meeting will be held on December 16, 2005
VII. Adjourn:
It was moved by Richard Sutton and seconded by Robin Moreno that the meeting be
adjourned. The motion carried and the meeting was adjourned at 1:40 p.m.
