MINUTES OF WATER RESOURCES COMMISSION MEETING
JUNE 4, 1999
The Water Resources Commission met in regular session on June 4, 1999 The
following persons were present: Paul Dowlearn, Fred Stangl, Mark Terning, Staff
Representative David Lehfeldt.
The Commission discussed the current Drought Contingency Plan and the State's
requirement that we draft a new plan by September 1,.1999._ _T-he- Committee_ explored
_ the areas in the. -c_urrent_plan- that need to be expanded. These include the public's
partiClpat on in the elan, enforcement program, and i- die p d rata curtailment -fob
wholesale customers. The Committee requested that Staff prepare a ra proposal
and have if r-ea�]c y by the next meeting. The next meeting was scheduled for July 2,
1999.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:15 a.m.
