November 14, 2007
The Water Resources Commission met on November 14, 2007 at 4:00 p.m. in the Public
Works Conference Room in Memorial Auditorium. Those in attendance were Water
Resource Chairman Arnold Oliver, and WRC members Charles Barr and Kerry Maroney.
Council Liaison Glenn Barham and Staff Liaison Scott Taylor were in attendance.
Guests in attendance were Martin Litteken, PE of Cornerstone Engineering and Curtis
Beitel, PE and Joan Flowers of Jones Carter Burgess.
• Chairman Oliver called the meeting to order at 4:14 p.m.
• Mr. Litteken, Mr. Beitel, and Ms. Flowers made a presentation to the Water
Resources Commission concerning the City of Wichita Falls Stormwater
Management Plan to be approved by the City of Wichita Falls and submitted to
the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
• After discussing the presentation the Water Resources Commission voted (3 -0) in
favor of the proposed plan and recommended its adoption by the City Council.
• The meeting was adjourned at 5:39 p.m.
