I. Call to Order
Chairman Ben Filer called the meeting to order.
2. Approval of Minutes
Chairman Filer called for approval of the minutes of the meeting of January 13, 2005.
Vice - Chairman Monaghan so moved; the motion was seconded by Chairman Filer, and
unanimously approved.
3. Executive Session
The Commission then adjourned to executive session at 4:05 p.m.
4. Reconvene in Open Session
Chairman Filer called the meeting back to order in open session at 7:20 p.m.
5. Take Action (if any) as a Result of Executive Session
No action was announced.
6. Adjourn
Chairman Filer called for a motion to adjourn. Vice - Chairman Monaghan so moved,
seconded by Chairman Filer; and the meeting was adjourned.
