1. Call to Order
Chairman Ben Filer called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
2. Approval of Minutes
Chairman Filer called for approval of the minutes of the meeting of January 7, 2005.
Dr. Harris so moved; the motion was seconded by Vice - Chairman Monaghan, and unanimously
approved.
3. Executive Session
The Commission then adjourned to executive session at 4:09 p.m.
4. Reconvene in Open Session
Chairman Filer called the meeting back to order in open session at 8:15 p.m.
5. Take Action (if any) as a Result of Executive Session
No action was announced.
6. Adjourn
Chairman Filer called for a motion to adjourn. Dr. Harris so moved, seconded by
Vice - Chairman Monaghan, and the meeting adjourned.
