1. Call to Order
Vice - Chairman Bob Monaghan called the meeting to order at 3:04 p.m.
2. Approval of Minutes
Vice - Chairman Monaghan called for approval of the minutes of the meeting of
December 21, 2004. Dr. Harris so moved; the motion was seconded by Vice - Chairman
Monaghan, and unanimously approved.
3. Executive Session
The Commission then adjourned to executive session at 3:05 p.m. (Note: Ben Filer
arrived for the meeting at the beginning of the executive session.)
4. Reconvene in Open Session
Chairman Filer called the meeting back to order in open session at 4:40 p.m.
5. Take Action (if any) as a Result of Executive Session
No action was announced.
6. Adjourn
Chairman Filer called for a motion to adjourn. Dr. Harris so moved, seconded by
Vice - Chairman Monaghan, and the meeting adjourned.
