Resolution authorizing the City Manager to award bid and contract for
the New Restroom and Cart Barn Canopy/Pavilion Additions at
Champions Course at Weeks Park to Cage Construction and
Management Co. dba Gary Baker Construction, in the amount of
$412,792.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the New Restroom
and Cart Barn Canopy Additions at Champions Course at Weeks Park; and,
WHEREAS, the renovation of this area will create an outdoor restroom facility and
a canopy/pavilion to accommodate outdoor events and tournaments; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Cage Construction and
Management Co. dba Gary Baker Construction, in the amount of$412,792.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Authorization is granted to award the bid for the New Restroom and Cart Barn
Canopy Additions at Champions Course at Weeks Park to Cage Construction and
Management Co. dba Gary Baker Construction, in the amount of$412,792.00.
