AGENDA: The following matters will be addressed by the Wichita Falls Employee Benefits Trust Board:

4. Discussion and potential action: Recommendation by HUB International concerning
employee and retiree benefits, stop loss,third party administrator services,pharmacy
benefit manager services,dental benefits administration,optional vision,life insurance,
accidental death and dismemberment,optional life, and long-term disability
5. Discussion and action: Express Scripts Save On program—add HIV medications?
6. Discussion and action: Medical Plan—continue free COVID testing coverage?
7. Discussion and action: EBT Trust Agreement—modification to update board members
8. Discussion and action: Fund Balance Policy Recommendation
9. Adjourn
