Consider taking action on a conditional use at 1212 Tulip Street to allow for a manufactured home as
infill development in a Single Family 2 (SF-2) zoning district.
C 23-09 3005 Lavell Avenue - Duplex
Consider taking action on a conditional use at 3005 Lavell Avenue to allow for development of a duplex
in a Single Family 2 (SF-2) zoning district.
C 23-10 3305 Buchanan Street— Setback Reduction
Consider taking action on a conditional use at 3305 Buchanan Street to allow for a setback reduction of
25ft. in a Limited Commercial (LC) zoning district.
