Agenda Items
i. Call to Order- Meeting was called to order at 9:OOam.
ii. Approval of Minutes- Motion was made by Miles Risley to approve the June 22 "',
2010 minutes, second by Jim Dockery. The motion carried unanimously.
iii. Consideration and possible approval of the TEG contract- IPS negotiated a
discount with TEG where they will charge a flat fee of $280 for the emergency
room doctor's services. Motion was made by Jim Dockery to divide the cost with
the employee in which they will pay $ 175 and the city will pay $105, second by
Miles Risley. The motion was carried unanimously.
iv. Open Session
