The meeting was called to order at 10 :00 a.m.

Approval of Minutes
.Jim Dockery noted that the phrase "1.5 million dollars" in the financial report should read
"L5 nil Ilion dollars above the prior year to date figure."
Darron Leiker made a motion to accept the minutes with the correction. Tammy Guerra
seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Executive Session
The board went into executive session to discuss the hiring of a new Employee Benefits
Coordinator, due to the retirement of the current coordinator.
Open Session
Jim Dockery made a motion to hire Rebecca Chapman for the position of Employee
Benefits Coordinator, to start January 26, 2009. Darron Leiker seconded the motion.
Motion carried.
