The Commission interviewed representatives of organizations applying for the 2011 Arts and
Historical Preservation Grants:

Commission members suggested that the 2012 grant application be revised to include
instructions for project specific information, including budget; and that a question be added for
the applicant to explain how Arts Grant funds were used in the previous year.
