Resolution authorizing the City Manager to award bid and contract for
Steel Guard Railing Along Holliday Creek to Benedict R. Lindeman Jr.
dba Lindeman Welding in the amount of$81,260.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for Steel Guard Railing
Along Holliday Creek; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Benedict R. Lindeman
Jr. dba Lindeman Welding in the amount of $81 ,260.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for Steel Guard Railing Along Holliday Creek is awarded to
Benedict R. Lindeman Jr. dba Lindeman Welding in the amount of $81 ,260.00, and the
City Manager is authorized to execute a contract, in a form approved by the City Attorney,
for the City with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
