AGENDA: I. Call to Order
II. Approval of Minutes of Prior Meetings, January 18, 2023.
III. Pursuant to Texas Local Government Code 143.035 (g),
canvassing of votes to determine results of election held on
February 20-21, 2023 for proposed alternate promotion system for
the Wichita Falls Police Department.
IV. Review and Approval of Amendments to the City of Wichita Falls
Police Officers' cause for rejection of applicants for police officer
classification as outlined in the Local Civil Service Commission
Rules and Regulations, Section 143.024 "Entrance Examination
Notice"item 1.h.
V. Report from Fire Chief
VI. Report from Police Chief

Wheelchair or handicapped accessibility to the meeting is possible by using the handicapped
parking spaces and ramp located off the east parking lot on the 6th Street entrance nearest the
Council chambers. There are additional handicapped parking spaces and ramp on 7th Street at
the main building entrance. Spanish language interpreters, deaf interpreters, Braille copies or any
other special needs will be provided to any person requesting a special service with at least 24
hours notice by calling the Office of the City Clerk 940-761-7409.
