Monday, August 9th, 1920.
The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, met
in special session on the above date for the transaction of the business,
of the City with Mayor W.D. Cline presiding and Aldermen Curiae, McDowell,
Bralley and City Clerk Thorburn in attendance. ,
Moved by Aldermen Curlee that Fred Thcd.be permitted to install
a Gasoline Filling Station at 809 Seventh Street, under the usual provisions,
to-wit:
That the said Fred Thorn, his heirs, successors, and assigns, legal
representatives, and administrators hold the City harmless from any damages
that may arise from the installation of said Gasoline Milling Station, and
shall install same under the supervision of the City Engineer, and shall
remove same at once on request of the City Cotlgcil,
which motion was seconded by Alderman Bralley and carried.

which motion was seconded by Alderman Bralley and carried.
Moved by Alderman Curlee, that Dr. Beckman be paid the sum of
$102.50, which amount is due him for services rendered the City as
Health Officer,
which motion was seconded by Alderman McDowell and carried.
