Min 09/06/1920 9a'c 4 September 6th, 1920. The Board of Aldermen met in called session on the above date for the transaction of the business of the City, with Mayor W. D. Cline pre- siding and Aldermen Curlee, Bonner, Bralley, McDowell and City Clerk Thorburn in attendance. ORDINANCE. 305. Mayor Cline then declared Ordinance 305 passed on its second reading by all the Aldermen present voting yea. ORDINANCE. NO. 306. An Ordinance requiring a permit from the City Engineer before any person, firm, corporation, or agent thereof shall construct, reconstruct, or repair any sidewalk, driveway or curbing within the City of Wichita Falls, stating t e conditions under which said permit is granted and providing for a penalty. was on motion of Alderman McDowell seconded by Alderman Curiae placed on its second reading by the following yea and nag vote: Alderman Curlee yea Bralley yea Bonner yea " McDowell yea. Mayor Cline then declared ordinance No. 306 passed on its second reading by all the Aldermen present voting yea. The Mayor and Board of Aldermen then inspected the new Stutz Fire apparatus and had same tested, and Alderman Curlee moved that the City Clerk be authorized to give the Stutz representative a letter accepting said machine which motion was seconded by Alderman Bonner and carried.
