The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas
met in regular session on the above date for the transaction of the business
of the City with Mayor W. D. Cline presiding and Aldermen Curlee, Bonner,
Bralley, Shepherd, McDowell and City Clerk Thorburn, in attandance.
Moved by Alderman MoDwwell that the Presbyterian Church
be allowed to install a sign on 'Tenth Street provided they give a satisfactory
Bond guaranteeing the City of Wichita Falls harmless from any damages that
may arise from the installation of said sign.
which motion was seconded by Aldermen Shepherd and carried.
Moved by Alderman McDowell that the petition presented to
pave 6th Street from East line of Ohio to West line of alley adjoining Port
Worth and Denver freight platform be accepted, and that L. E. Whitham be

presiding and Aldermen Bonner, Curlee, Bralley, Shepherd, McDowell and City

Moved by Alderman McDowell that Mayor Cline and Alderman
Bonner and Curlee be appointed on a committee to form the Organization of the
