The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas
met in regular session on the above date for the transaction of the business
of the City with Mayor W. D. Cline presiding and Aldermen Curlee, Bonner,
Bralley, Shepherd, McDowell and City Clerk Thorburn, in attendance.
Moved by Alderman McDowell that the Presbyterian Church
be allowed to install a sign on Tenth Street provided they give a satisfaotery
Bond guaranteeing the City of Wichita Falls harmless from any damages that
may arise from the installation of said sign.
which motion was seconded by Aldermen Shepherd and carried.
Moved by Alderman McDowell that the petition presented to
pave 6th Street from East line of Ohio to West line of alley adjoining Fort
Worth and Denver freight platform be acoepted, and that L. E. Whitham be

The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas
met in regular adjourned session on the above date with Mayor W. D. Cline
presiding and Aldermen Bonner, Curlee, Bralley, Shepherd, McDowell and City
Clerk Thorburn in attendance.
Moved by Alderman McDowell that Mayor Cline and Alderman
Bonner and Curlee be appointed on a committee to form the Organization of the
Water Works, which motion was seconded by Alderman Shepherd and carried.
