Nov. 29th, 1920.
The Board of Aldermen of the City of Washita Falls,
texas met in regular session on the above date to transact the busi-
ness of the City with Mayor W. D. Cline, presiding and Alderman Cur •
-
lee, BonnerA She herd and City Clerk Thorburn in attendance.
Moved by Alderman Curlee that Max Weitgman be permitted
to install a fuel oil tank at 1007 Travis under the usual provisions
to-wit:
That the said Max Weitzman, his successors and assigns
administrators and legal representatives shall hold the City harmless
from any damages that may arise from the installation, of said fuel
oil tank, and that same be installed according to instructions and
under the supervision of the City Engineer and that said fuel Oil tank
be removed at once on request of the Board of Alderman
which motion was seconded by Alderman Bonner and parried.
Bids were then o ened for construction of Storm Sewers
for the City of Wichita Falls, Texas and Alderman Curlee moved that
the Contract be given to C. H. 4Kley, he being the lowest bidder,
which motion was seconded by Alderman McDowell and carried.
Contract for furnishing light for the "white wan was
then presented by the Wiohit a Falls Electric Co and Alderman Curlee
moved that the Mayor be authorized to sign and execute same.
which motion was seconded by Alderman Shepherd and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
