The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas
met in regular session on the above date for the transaction of the bus-
iness of the City.

Moved by Alderman McDowell that the error of the Tag Ass-
essor in assessing the property of S. L. Conn at $15000.00 when it should
have been $8000.00 be corrected by a refund after payment of Taxes is made
on the $15000.00 valuation.
which motion was seconded by Alderman Shepherd and carried.

TO LEROY R. SCHEURER, L. T. BURNS AND W. E. FITZGERALD TO LAY,BUILD, CON-
STRUCT, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A SPUR TRACT FROM THE MAIN LINE OF THE WICH-
ITA VALLEY RAILWAY COMPANY, LEAVING ITS MAIN LINE SOMEWHERE NEAR WALNUT
STREET AND EXTENDING ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF W. E. FITZGERALD'S LOTS,THE
3AMF, BEING LOTS 9 & 10, BLOCK NO.23 BARWISE & JALONICK ADDITION; THENCE
ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF L. T. BURNS' LOT 1 OF SAID BLOCK 23; THENCE ACROSS
ELM STREET AND ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF LEROY R. SCHEURER LOT 10 of BLOCK
16 OF SAID ADDITION, AND TO MAINTAIN THE SAME FOR TEE YEARS."

OF THE BOARD OF RLDERIEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS FROM THE CITY
HALL TO THE BASEMENT OF the MORGAN BUILDING, SAMF BEING ROOM NO.
AND OCCUPIED BY THE WATER DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALL, , ..XAS".
Was on motion of Alderman Shepherd seconded by Alderman
McDowell placed on its second reading and passed by the: following vote

OF PROPERTY ABUTTING THEREON, AND DECLARING AN ERGENCY~

Shepherd put on its first reading and passed by the following vote.
