The Board of Aldermen met in regular session on the above
date with the following present:-

Moved by Alderman Curlee, seconded by Alderman Shepherd
that the following Resolution be adopted,
which motion ioarried by the following vote:-
Yeas:- Shepherd, McDowell, Curlee, Bralley.
Hayes: None.

R*E*S*0*L*U*T*I*O*N
THAT WHEREAS, L. C. M. Blakely presented to the Board of
Aldermen a map or plat of certain Streets and alleys, of what is des-
ignated, noted and known as the L. C. M. Blakely Addition to the City
of Wichita Falls, Texas for its approval and acodptance, and Whereas
the Board of Alderman having examined said map or plat dividing said
Addition, into lots, and Blocks, and dedicating certain streets and
alleys to the public, hereby approves and accepts same.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Aldermen of
the City of Wichita Falls, Texas that said map or plat of said L. C. M.
Blakely Addition be and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Wich-
ita Falls, Texas, and said Streets and alleys shown on said map or plat
are also accepted as public streets, and alleys of the City.

Moved by Alderman Curlee that the
petition for lights on the paved street in Borth Wichita be ref-
erred to Alderman Bonner,
which motion was seconded by Alderman
Shepherd and carried.
Moved by Alderman Curlee that the
Young Co be permitted to erect a post for a sign at 904A - 8th
Street, provided he can get the consent of the"Sign Committee",
which motion was seconded by Alderman
Shepherd and carried.

Incinerator for the price of $20250.00, and that the Mayor be auth-
orized to sign and execute contract for same,
which motion was seconded by Alderman ►/
Curlee and carried.

Mayor give notice of Municipal Election to be held for three Alder-
men said Election to be held according to the ChiLrter to wit: the
5th day of April 1921.,
which motion was seconded by alderman
Bralley and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.

March 1921.
