"AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BI➢S FOR
THE IMPBOVEIENT OF OHIO AVENUE FROM 6TH STREET TO FRONT STREET".
Moved by Alderman Curlee that. this Ordinance be placed on its first
reading.
which motion was seconded by Alderman Bonner and carried by following
vote:-
Yeas: Curlee, Shepherd, Bonner, Bralley.
Mayes: None.

Moved by Alderman Curiae, that the Mayor be authorized to sign and
execute the easements for Sanitary Sewer across the Fort Worth and Denver Ry
Co., and the Missouri Kansas & Texas Ry. Co's tracks,
which motion was seconded by Alderman Bralley and carried.

On request of property owners on Brook Street, and Ohio Avenue,
Alderman Curlee moved that the hearing of property owners on Ohio Avenue, and
Brook Street be further adjourned until March 2tth, 1921, at 3:00 P. M. at
Council Chamber in the Morgan Building.

Mr Boone, Attorney for Fort Worth & Denver Ry. Co., as well as cer-
tain other property holders on Ohio and Brook, requested an adjournment of the
hearing on Ohio Avenue, until Staurday March 26th 1921, and Alderman Curiae
moved that the Meeting be adjourned until 3 P. M. Saturday March 26th, A. D. 1921.
which motion was seconded by Alderman Bonner and carried.
The Council then adjourned until Saturday at 3 P. M. March 26th,A. D.
