The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wiohita Falls, "eras, met in regu-
lar session on above date with the following present:-
W. D. Cline, Mayor
W. S. Curlee
W. N. Bonner
ALDERMEN
W. G. Bralley
J. F. Reed
R. E. Shepherd.
Geo. W. T4orburn, City Clerk.
Moved by Alderman Curlee, that the Tax Assessor be authorized to accept
taxes due from T. J. Colburn without ppe__n__aa�l��ty�' and that the part of it which was
oa assessed against personal property be ncei led,
which motion was seconded by Alderman Shepherd and carried.
Moved by Alderman Curlee, that the matter of removal and purchase of
buildings owned by Wichita Electric Co., at the Stand Pipe, be referred to
Alderman Bonner with authority to act,
which motion was seconded by Alderman Shepherd and carried.
Moved by Alderman Reed, that curbs, and gutters be installed An Cemetery
and that City Engineer submit estimate of oast of same,
which motion was seconded by Alderman Bralley and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
