which motion was seconded by Aldermen Bralley and carried.

an agreement with L. E. Whitham & Co., to accept the assessment certificates
covering Lot 3, Block 34, - 529.12 in lieu of the 5% maintenance fund,
which motion was seconded by Alderman Bralley, and carried.

installation of curbs and gutters in Cemetery be accepted,

ORDINANCE 371
"An Ordinance making it unlawful for any person firm or corporation
engaged in the GARAGE business or the repairing of Motor Vehicles to park or
rank any automobile or Motor vehicle which has been lett, kept or held for stor-
age, repair, lubrication, washing or any kind of repair work on any street,
alley or public square in front of any persons residence of place of business
without the consent of the owner or occupant of such property, providing for
a penalty and declaring an emergency".
Moved by Alderman Bonner that Ordinance 371, be passed on its second
reading,
which motion was seconded by Alderman Bralley, and carried.

out the election for Place No. 1 on the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wiohita
Falls, Texas, that the Board of Aldermen recess until 11, A. M. Friday June 10th
1921, so that the order from Court can be acted on and a New election ordered,
which motion was seconded by Alderman Curlee and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned until Friday Morning at 11 A. M.
June 10th, 1921.
