The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls , Texas met in
regular session on the above date with the following present:-

Moved by Alderman Shepherd that G. Edgin and H. R. Krebs be per-
mitted to build and open a Grocery Store in Block 8, in the north west cor-
ner, John A. Scott survey No. 10 irrigation sub-division to the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas under the usual provisions to-wit:-
That the said G. W. Edgin and H. R. Krebs, their successors and
assigns legal representatives and administrators, will hold the City harm-
less from any damages that may arise from the building and operation of
said,businesa and that the said building and business be removed at once
when request is made by the City Council,
which motion was seconded by Alderman Bralley and carried.

ORDINANCE 342
"AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE i+iU S OF CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREETS IN
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, WHICH HAVE DUPLICATE NAMES",
was on motion of Alderman Curlee, seconded by Alderman Reed, placed
on its 3rd and final reading and passed by the following vote:-
Yeas: Reed, Bralley, Curlee, Shepherd.
Reyes: None.

ORDINANCE 349
"AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTEL,ANCE OF SIGNS
OVER THE STREETS SIDEWALKS AND ALLEYS OF THE CITY OF ICHITA FALLS, PROVIDING
FOR A PENALTY AND DECLARING AN EiERGENCY".
was on motion of Alderman Curlee, seconded by Alderman Bralley,
placed on its third and final reading and passed by the following vote:-
Yeas: Shepherd, Curlee, Reed, Bralley.
Nayes: None.
Moved•by Alderman Bralley that the bond for 650000.00 submitted by
A. M. Miller, City Treasurer be approved,
which motion was seconded by Alderman Curlee and carried.

Moved by Alderman Reed that the Commissioner of Public Safety and
The Fire Chief be authorized to install additional fire proof factors in
the Fire Station in order to reduce the key rate,
which motion was seconded by Alderman Curlee and carried.

Moved by Alderman Curiae that in-asmuoh as the next regular meeting da
date will fall on the 4th July, that the Board of Aldermen adjourn tntil 8 P.M
Muly 5th, 1921,
which motion was seconded by Alderman Bralley and carried.
