The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, met in
regular session on the above date with the following present:-

Moved by Alderman Curies that J. F. Reed be appoint8d Mayor Pro-tem
during the abs3nee from the City of Mayor W. D. Cline and Mayor Pro-tem W. N.
Bonner.
Motion seoonded by Alderman Shepherd and carried.
Moved by Alderman Curiae that A. W. Weaver be permitted to erect
and operate a Grocery Store at 118 Jaloniok Street under the usual conditions
to-wit:
That the said A. W. Weaver, his successors, and assigns, legal rep-
resentatives and administrators hold the City harmless from any damages that
may arise from the erection and operation of said grocery store and that said
store will be removed at once, whenever said removal is requested by the Board
of Aldermen.
Motion seconded by Alderman Fitts and carried.

Moved by Alderman Fitts, that 0. M. Reeves be appointed on the
Plumber's Examining Board in place of Mr Grimes who has moved his residence
from this City.
Motion seconded by Alderman Shepherd and parried.
