Min 08/31/1921 • Moved by Alderman Fitts that the City Attorney be requested to give a written opinion on the course of action to be taken in requiring the Wichita Falls Electric Company to install light service in Scotland Addition. Naves: None. ######################## ORDINANCE 386 "AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ANY PERSON,FIRM OR CORPORATION FROM GOING UPON ANY SIDEWALK IN THE CITY OF WICHITA FAILS TEXAS OR UPON ANY PLATFORM OF ANY RAILROAD COMPANY,AT OR NEAR ANY RAILROAD STATION,AND SOLICITING PATRONAGE FOR ANY HOTEL4INN OR BOARDING HOUSE OR FOR ANY PERSON ENGAGED IN THE SERVICE CAR TRANSFER OR BAGGAGE BUSINESS,AND PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY" Was on motion of Alderman Curies, seconded by Alderman Reed placed on its third and final reading and passed by following vote:- Yeas: Curlee, Reed, Shepherd, Fitts. Coleman be permitted to remove a gasoline filling station at 607 and 609 Ohio Avenue, provided same is done under the direction and supervision of the City Engineer and that Street and sidewalk be left in as good condition as they were before excavation,.
