Moved by Alderman Curlee that T. J. Coleman be permitted to remove
a gasoline filling station at 607 and 609 Ohio Avenue, provided same is done
under the direction and supervision of the City Engineer and that Street and
sidewalk be left in as good condition as they were before excavation,.

Moved by Alderman Curlee that the Motorcycles owned by the. City
be sold as follows:-
To Melvin Johnson one (0 75.00
" M. D. Eyerley " @ 75.00
" N. Davos " 0 125.00
said amounts to be paid at the rate of 48.00 semi-monthly with no interest
and that the City Attorney draw up the necessary papers for sale of said
Motorcycles.

Automobile Dealers Association eighteen 118)"drive to the right" signals,and
that same when installed shall be City property and maintained as such.

of the Corporation Court in place of Jules,Ehlers, Salary to be 4150.00 per
month, and his bond placed at 03:000.00.
