The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls,Texas,
met in regular session on the above date with the following present:-

W. S. Curlee
W. N. Bonner

Moved by Alderman Curlee that G. Filgo be permitted to use
for 90 days, fifteen feet on Indiana Avenue, and the sidewalk and parking
apace which abuts his priperty on corner of 10th and Indianag.for the storage of
material for the construction of a new building at that point.
Motion seconded by Alderman Shepherd, and carried.

Moved by Alderman Curlee that refund of taxes to the amount
of *10.15 be made to G. S. Spence, this amount having been over paid in taxes
on Lot 6 Block 2, Truehart No. 2,
Motion seconded by J. B. Fitts and carried.

Moved by Alderman Fitts that W. W. Medford be permitted to
operate a cold drink stand and confectionary in connection with his gasoline
filling station on Block 35 Lot 1 across the river under the following prov-
isions to-wit:-
That the said W. W. Medford his successors and assigns legal
administrators and administrators hold the City harmless from any damages that
may arise from the operation of said business and that the same be removed at
once when such removal is requested by the Board of Aldermen.
Also that a$pdtition was presented without diagram showing
location, the names on said petition be checked with the former petition for
gasoline filling station.
Motion seconded by Aldermen Bonner and carried.
