met in regular session on the above date with the following present:-

Moved by Alderman Curlee that the sales of an old motorcycle
and an old ford car made by Commissioner Fitts as follows be hereby ratified and
approved;
Motorcycle to T. L. Sampson $50.00 payable $8.00 semi-monthly.
Ford car to J. A. Pope for $14.00 payable $25.00 per month.

Moved by Alderman Reed that the trade made b) Commissioner
Curlee whereby the total to be paid by the Fort Worth & Denver Ry Co., for paving
on Ohio Avenue shall be $ ,f be and is hereby ratified and approved.

Moved by Alderman Bonner that the Mayor be authorized to exe-
cute a"Quit-Claim DSed"Lot 14"y Gambles subdivision Block 253 Original Townsite.
Motion seconded by Alderman Shepherd and carried.

Moved by Alderman Curlee that the City pay its subacribtion
of $40.00 to the"Texas Municipality Organization".
