The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, met
in regular session on the above date with the following present:-
W. N. Bonner, Mayor Pro-tem
W. S. Curlee I
J. B. Fitts I Aldermen
R. E. Shepherd
Geo. W. Thorburn, City Clerk

The minutes of the meeting held on November 28th, 29th and
00th were read and approved.
Also the minutes of the joint session of the Commissioner's
Court of Wichita County, Texas, and the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wich-
ita Falls, Texas, held on November 28th and 29th were read and approved.

Moved by Alderman Curlee that a two inch water line be laid
to the County farm as per the agreement with the commissioners court of Wichita 1
County that they would pay half the cost of installation (estimatedaat 1600.00)
and half of the water bills each month.
Motion seconded by Alderman Shepherd and carried.

Moved by Alderman Curlee, that the Water Commissioner be auth-
orized to extend water service to Chester Street if he sees tfit to do so.
Motion seconded by Alderman Fitts, and carried.

RESOLUTION
Be it resolved by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas.
That the street lying north of Stearman Addition and'extend-
ing through the Caskey Addition shall be known as Pecan Street.
The Street lying between the Caskey Addition,' Eastland Addit-
ion, and Block 1 of the Patterson Addition, on the north and the W. F. & S. Ry
on the south shall be known as Bass Street.
The Street lying between the Stearman Addition on the West
and the Caskey Addition on the East shall be known as Dove Street.
The Street lying between the Patterson Addition on the east
and Eastland and Brown Additions on the West shall be known as Oriole Street.
The Street lying east of the Patterson Addition shall be known
as Paradise Street.
The Street lying north of Eastland and Patterson, Additions shall
be known as Trout Street.
The name of Eastland Street lying between Blocks la and 2 of
Brown Addition shall be changed to Swallow Street.

Moved by Alderman Shepherd that the City pay the Wichita 4
Falls Paving Co., the sum of one hundred and twenty five dollars ($125.00) for /I
the City's proportion of the paving between tracks on intersection of Ninth and
Brook Streets as per recommendation of Street Commissioner Curlee.
Motion seconded by Alderman Fitts, and carried.

execute release for mechanics lien note of $700.00 due by H. H. Herrenbrook

Fails, Texas, said note of $700.00 and interest of $65.66 having been paid. `

orized to spend $850.00 for curbs,steps, in the Bellevue Park.
