The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls,. Texas
met in regular adjourned session on the above date with the following present:-

Geo W. Thorburn, City Clerk

Moved by Alderman Curlee that a Warrant be issued by the
City Clerk to R. E. Huff for 3506.36 for balance due him by the Wichita Fails
Electric Co., on the Water extension in Southland Addition (including interest)
the said R. E. Huff guaranteeing to refund all or any part of same if statement
presented by him be proved incorrect, and that the said 3505.36 be collected by
the City from the Wichita Falls Electric Co., as per the agreement with C. B.
Calder representing said company.
Motion seconded by Alderman Bonner and carried.
