The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas
met in regular adjourned session on the above date at 5 P. M. with the following
present:-

J. B. Fitts
W. S. Curlee

The minutes of the meeting of the Board of Aldermen and
County Commissioners on Tuesday January 24th at 10 A. M. were read and approved.

It was then moved by Alderman Curlee that the Mayor be /1
authorized to sign contracts pertitning to the Hospital as awarded by the joint 'I
session held by the Board of Aldermen and County Commissioners, whenever said
contracts had been approved by City Attorney Mann and Alderman Bonner.
Motion seconded by Alderman Fitts, and carried.

The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
