The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas,
met in regular session on the above date with the following present:-
Frank Collier, Mayor
J. F. Reed 1
R. a. Shepherd 1
J. B. Pitts I ALDERMEN
N. M. Clifford 1
Burton Stayton
GEO. W. Thorburn, City Clerk

Moved by Alderman Shepherd that settlement of Castledine
Plumbing bill by Dr Heed for $58.75 be ratified and approved.
Motion seconded by Alderman Fitts, and carried.

Moved by Alderman Fitts that the Board of Aldermen reoommend
to the Commissioners Court that the highway be connected with the paving on
Mississippi Street.
Motion seconded by Alderman Clifford and carried by the
following vote:-
Yeas: Fitts Clifford, Reed.
Hayes: Stayton, Shepherd.

Moved by Alderman Fitts that W. J. Townsend be appointed
City Recorder during the absence of Judge Chauncey.
Motion seconded by Alderman Stayton and carried.

The Board then went in to executive session to discuss those
matters that may be considered in executive session.
The Board then went out of executive session.

Moved by Alderman Reed that the Chief of Police attend the
"Chief of Police Convention"at Dallas.
Motion seconded by Alderman Fitts, and carried.

The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
