The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas,
met in special called session on the above date with the following present:-

A letter was then read by the Mayor from the Health Dep-
artment giving an opinion of the hog ranch in south Park owned by Anderson
and Alderman Fitts moved that the report be approved and filed.
Motion seconded by Alderman Stayton and carried.

Moved by Alderman Fitts that Dr Reed be authorized to make
such connections with the swimming pool at Seventh Street so that the water
run out of the pool can be used to water the McGregor Park, cost to be approx-
imately $30.00.
Motion seconded by Alderman Stayton and carried.
