The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas,
met in regular session on the above date with the following present:-

Moved by Alderman Fitts that John P. Marrs be appointed City
Recorder during the absense of Judge Chauncey.
Motion seconded by Alderman Clifford and carried.

Moved by Alderman Clifford that a sewer lateral be construct-
ed on Blnnde Street to cost approximately 4200.00
Motion seconded by Alderman Fitts and carried.

Moved by Alderman Shepherd that the contract entered into
by the Commissioners Court to install driveways and sidewalks at the General
Hospital for 41304.00 be hereby ratified and approved.
Motion seconded by Alderman Stayton and carried.

Moved by Alderman Shepherd that the Mayor be authorized to
sign contract with Wichita Falls Electric Co., for power and light for gener-
al hospital when same has been approved by City Attorney.
Motion seconded by Alderman Stayton and carried.

Moved by Alderman Fitts that the bond of the Security Sational
Bank presented to the Board be approved when said bond is signed by J. I. Staley
and also that the Bond of Hugh H. Cotner be accepted and approved,and that Hugh
H. Cotner be appointed City Treasurer in A. E. Miller's place.
Motion seconded by Alderman Stayton and carried.

Moved by Alderman Fitts that the Maxwell Hardware Company
be paid the sum of 460.00 to settle for wagon purchased in 1919.
Motion seconded by Alderman Stayton and carried.

Moved by Alderman Shepherd that the following resolution be
adopted.

RES OLUTION
WHEREAS, Park Fund Warrant No. 23263 dated March 29th 1922
in favor of Jno. S. Kerr Nursery for 41062.68 for supplies was listed in
Ordinance No. 413 in the list of warrants as an "unpaid warrant" and that
same had been paid before the passage of said Ordinance 413, and

were unpaid and outstanding warrants of the City and were excluded but were
intended to be included in said list, therefore,
Be It Resolved by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas, that the City Clerk be directed to take the proceeds from the
sale of warrant No. 23263 for 41062.6E and apply it in payment of the warrants
which should have been included in the list and direct their cancellation.
