The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas,
met in regular session on the above date with the following present:-

Moved by Alderman Fitts that the Contractor go ahead with the
paving on Indiana Avenue and from 11th to 13th on Burnett btreet.
Motion seconded by Alderman Stayton and carried.

Moved by Alderman Fitts that the City Attorney be instructed
to draft an Ordinance prey nting y circus from showing in the City thirty
days before the "Fair". /a4-
Motion seconded by Alderman Clifford and carried.

Moved by Alderman Fitts that the action approving Dr. Reed's
recommendation on Anderson's hog ranch near South Park submitted to the
Council on July 17th be rescinded and that the recommendation now submitted
and wlich in substance asks that Anderson be required to move his hogs so
as to conform with the Ordinances of the City, be approved and ratified.
Motion seconded by Alderman Stayton and carried.

Moved by Alderman Fitts that the matter of toilets and sanit-
ation of the Seventh Street swimming poi be turned over to Dr Reed to work
out.
Motion seconded by Alderman Clifford and carried.

Moved by Alderman Shepherd that the tree sprayer owned by
the City be disposed of by Dr Reed in whatever manner he thinks best.
Motion seconded by Alderman Fitts and carried.
