Moved by Alderman Fitts that J. M. Rowlett be appointed
egg inspector for the months of August and September, salary to be paid by
the Retail Merchants Association.

Dr Reed then annoT,need that he had sold the old tree
sprayer to Frank Lancaster for 10.00 and that the said Frank Lancaster
in payment would spray Cemetery trees at regulation prices to this amount
and Alderman Fitts moved that the trade as stated be approved and ratified.
Motion seconded by Alderman Shepherd and carried.

American Legion be granted a permit to hold a carnival from August 14th to
Aug.19th inclusive at the Ball park under provisions of Ordinance 376.
