On above dgte the Board of alderman met in regular session and the
following business was trandacted to-wit:-
The following officers answered to roll oall.

M.J.Gardner
J.3.Bradley absent.
City Clerk W.A.Mcdarty,City Atty Horace Nutt,City Marshall J.B.Nail
and City Engineer L.C.Einckley in attendance.
$12.7 Motion was made by 2.A.Rich•lt and was seconded by M.J.Gardner that
allow d to LTs H.A.butler be allowed $12.75 for services in the Sewer Dept for
Mrs B tler H.F.Robertson during the month of December 1915,Motion carried.

work. Motion was made by J.F.Reed and was seconded by M.J.Gardner that '>
City Eng. upon the recomendation of Alderman J.A.Richolt that the City Engineer
to change L.c.Hinckley be instructed to move back the curb at the corner of
curb at 10t. 10th and Lamar Ave Lot No 10 Block No 193 as far as he deems
& Lamar. necessary,Motion oarried.
Geo Gilham Motion was made by J.A.Richolt and was seconded by J.L.Lea.Jr. that
placed on Geo Gilham be placed on the Pound Dept as Pound Officer untill furthet
