On above date the Board of Alderman met in regular session
and the following business was transacted to-wit:-
The following officers answered to roll call.
A.H.Britain Mayor.
J.F.Reed Alderman.
J.A.Richolt "
J.W.Bradley "
J.L.Lea.Jr. "
M.J.Gardner "
City Clerk W.d.McCarty,City Atty Horace Nutt,City Marshall
J.B.Nail and City Engineer L.C.Hinckley in attendance.
Motion was made by J.W.Bradley and was seconded by J.A.Richolt
that H.F.Robertson be allowed 159.16 as 5% of $3,183.25 Sewer
i colleetion,motion carried.
Poll list. Motion was made by M.J.Gardner and was seconded by J.W.Bradley
that Mayor A.H.Britain be authorized to purchase a poll tax list
if he thinks it worth the money,motion carried.

Indemnity Motion was made by J.W.Bradley and was se ed by J.L.Lea.Jr.
policy, that the balance due on Indemnity Polioy a paid and the Policy
renewed,motion carried.

$10.00 Motion was made by J.L.Lea.Jr and was seconded by M.J.Gardner
for that a warrant be drawn in favor of V.S.Kay to the amount of
V.S.Kay. t10.00 for reimbursement of overcharge on his property tax,
Motion carried.
