Wichita Falls,Texas, Feby 10 1916.
On above date the Board of Alderman met in regular session and the
following business was transacted to-wit:-
The following officers answered to roll call. ;

City Clerk W.a.McCarty,City Atty Horace Nutt,City Marshall J.B.Nail
& City Engineer L.C.Hinckley in attendance.
J - 12a The minutes of the last regular meeting was read and approved.
i� Motion was made by M.J.Gardner and was seconded by J.W.Bradley
the City pay W.P.Towery $10.00 per moth rent for space for the
City Pound untill further notice,motion carried.
eyc.ca Motion was made by J.W.Bradley and was seconded by J.F.Reed that
g4 ` I.H.Steed be granted permission to install an Electrical Sign in
front of 615 - 7th street under the Supervison of the City Engineer
and J.L.Lea.Jr. motion carried.
Motion was made J.A.Richolt and was seconded by J.W.Bradley that
Taylor Brothers be allowed the use of 9 feet of the street on 10th
street from the curb line and 30 feet of the street on Scott Ave
and a teaperarly toilet in the Alley between Scott Ave and Indiana
Ave dureing the erection of the Masonic Temple and Taylor Bros
agrees to hold the City harmless from any damage caused therefrom,
motion carried. /1;1 4
Motion was made by J.L.Lea.Jr. d was seconded J.A.Richolt that the
curb line at the corner of 10 street and Lamar Ave at lot 10 1
block 193 be set at 15 feet, otion carried.
Motion was made by J.A.Richolt and was seconded by M.J.Gardner
that the Electrical Bond of Stokes Electric Company be approved,
motion carried.
Motion was made by J.W.Bradley and was seconded by M.J.Gardner that
the Chairman of the Sanitary Committee be authorized to purchase
a new wagon for the Sanitary Dept,motion carried.
No further business the Board of Alderman recessed untill 9 A.M.
